Through the Mekari Sign mobile app, you can use the Signing Proof feature to digitally document the process of signing physical documents. Information such as who signed, when the signing took place, and other supporting evidence will be stored more neatly and easily traceable. Here are the steps.
Go to the Signing Proof menu.
Then click the “plus (+) sign” icon to create a new signing proof.
Enter the document name in the provided field.
Enter the date of document signing.
Select the province and city where the document was signed.
Also enter the address where the document was signed.
Then select the document you want to include.

Finally, in the Signing media feed section, enter the link to the proof of document signing, either in the form of images or video.
You can also add more links by clicking “Add more link”.
If everything is correct, click “Continue”.
Enter signer information by clicking “+ Add” in the Signer field.

Enter signer information such as full name, email address, and type and number of identification. Then click “Submit” to save.
- You can click the “contact” icon to add users already registered as signers.
- You can click “+ Add another” to add additional signer data. Besides signer information, you can also add notary (Notary), witness (Witness), and document copy recipient (Receive a copy) information by clicking “Add”.
If the information is correct, click “Upload”.
The created document signing proof will appear in the list like this.
You can also click the “three dots” icon and then select View details to see document details, Edit to modify, Download document to download, and Delete to remove.
