How to Manage Signing Proof (document signing evidence) Through the Mekari Sign Mobile App

Through the Mekari Sign mobile app, you can use the Signing Proof feature to digitally document the process of signing physical documents. Information such as who signed, when the signing took place, and other supporting evidence will be stored more neatly and easily traceable. Here are the steps.

  1. Go to the Signing Proof menu.

  2. Then click the “plus (+) sign” icon to create a new signing proof.

  3. Enter the document name in the provided field.

  4. If you want to track the document as a contract, check "Track as contract".

    - Once enabled, complete the contract information that appears, such as the signing date and effective date.
     
    - Additionally, you can check "Has expiration date" to add an expiration date to the contract. The Expiration date field will appear as shown in the following display.
     

  5. Enter the document signing date.

  6. Select the province and city where the document was signed.

  7. Also enter the address where the document was signed.

  8. Then select the document you want to include.

  9. Finally, in the Signing media feed section, enter the link to the signing proof media, either images or video.
     

    You can also add more links by clicking “Add more link”.

  10. If everything is correct, click “Continue”.

  11. If needed, you can add a Custom field by clicking "Add".

    - Choose the Custom field you want to add, then enter its value in the provided field.

    - You will then be directed to the following screen. Fill in the Value that corresponds to the selected Custom field. Then click “Submit”.
     

  12. Next, at the Add recipients stage, enter the signer information by clicking “+ Add” in the Signer field.
  13. Enter signer information such as full name, email address, and type and number of identification. Then click “Submit” to save.
     

    - You can click the “contact” icon to add users already registered as signers.

    - You can click “+ Add another” to add additional signer data.

  14. Besides signer information, you can also add notary (Notary), witness (Witness), and document copy recipients (Receive a copy) by clicking “Add”.

  15. If the information is correct, click “Upload”.

  16. The created document signing proof will appear in the list like this.

  17. You can also click the “three dots” icon then select View details to see document details, Edit to modify, Download document to download, and Delete to remove.
