Mekari Sign now offers a feature called Corporate Stamp or company stamp, which functions to directly include company information. You can scan the QR code on the company stamp to view company information, which serves a similar function to the QR code on signature annotations.
Previously, adjustments were necessary to identify the company. In this case, the Corporate Stamp cannot be used as a standalone annotation. The stamp must be accompanied by a signature or other annotation from the signer. This requirement has been established through collaboration with our legal team and Vida, our future partner for company certification and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Therefore, in the following steps, you will first learn how to set up the Corporate Stamp. See the full explanation below.
Log into your Mekari Sign account and then select the Settings menu.

Under the Account tab, select the “Corporate Stamp” tab.
You can also access the Corporate Stamp directly when signing a document with a company stamp annotation inside, if you have permission to create it.

Then click “Create stamp”.
In this case, only the Admin and Owner roles can perform Create stamp.
On the left side, you will see a preview of the stamp you created.
Next, fill in the company name, company website, and company logo.
Then also enter the Company tag and the color of the stamp.

Then set user permissions. These permissions determine which users in the company can use the corporate stamp. In this case, you can decide whether all users in the company can use it or only specific users.
- If you select Selected users, you can proceed to select users by clicking “Select users”.
- Then choose specific users who will use the Corporate stamp. Once selected, click “Assign users”.- Newly invited users to the company need to be added first to be registered in the permission list.
Then click “Submit”. The selected users can then add the Corporate stamp when acting as signers on a document, and the document creator will provide the company stamp annotation in that document.
