In Mekari Sign, you can now invite other users to your Company account, allowing you and your team to easily share document access. There are 2 access levels: Owner and Admin.
By inviting other users to your company account, it means you allow document data, contacts, and stamps from the invited users’ accounts to be merged into your account. However, you don’t need to worry because document data access depends on the permissions granted; see the explanation here.
After the invitation is successfully sent, the invitee must accept the invitation within 3 days to access and merge document data, contacts, and their e-Stamps.
Here are the steps:
A. How to Invite Users
Go to the Settings menu.
Click the “Manage users” tab under User management.

Click “Invite user” to invite a user.
Before inviting a user, you need to check the total user quota you can invite.

Fill in information such as the user’s name, email, and job title at the company.

Select the role to assign to the user.
There are 3 roles to choose from:
- Admin: Has full access to the Mekari Sign account and the right to modify user management and quota data.
- Approval only: Can only submit approval requests, approve, and sign documents.
- Member: Has full access to the Mekari Sign account but cannot modify user management and quota data. -
Then check this box to agree that all documents owned by the invited user will be merged with your document data, then click “Invite user”.
You will then be directed to this screen, where you can see the user you just invited with a Pending status, meaning the user has not yet accepted the invitation you sent.
Additionally, you can click “Action” to resend the invitation or cancel the invitation.

B. How to Accept an Invitation (User Activation)
After being invited by another Owner or Admin to access the shared document list, the next step is to check your email to accept the user invitation that has been sent.
You will receive an invitation email like the following. Click “Accept invitation” to accept the invitation.
You will be directed to the approval page; click “Accept invitation” to continue.
If you do not have a Mekari Sign account, you will be directed to the Mekari Sign account registration page, as shown below.
If you already have a Mekari or Mekari Sign account, you will be directed to the login page, as shown below.
