If you encounter issues with failed eKYC verification, you can now perform Manual eKYC verification, where the verification process will be directly assisted by the Tilaka team, making it easier for you to immediately issue a digital certificate.
Here are the steps:
Go to the Account tab and select Digital Certificate in the Settings menu, and you will be directed to the following screen indicating that the eKYC verification process has failed. Click “Manual verification” to perform manual verification.
Next, you will be directed to the data verification page. You can click “Change data” if the displayed data is incorrect.

Then upload your selfie photo and click “Next”.
- Make sure the selfie photo you upload is clear with the following requirements:
- Do not wear facial accessories (Glasses, Hat, Mask)
- Ensure good lighting, not too dark & not too bright Next, you will be prompted to enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your email for verification. Enter the code in the provided field and click "Send".

After that, the Tilaka team will send you an email to schedule an interview (video call). You can attend the interview according to the agreed schedule with the Tilaka team.
The data verification process will be conducted via an interview using a Zoom link sent by the Tilaka Team. The Tilaka team will ask questions related to your personal data for the eKYC verification process, such as your name and date of birth. The interview will be recorded for data validation purposes.
After the interview, the Tilaka team will verify and validate the data you provided during the interview.
If your eKYC verification is approved, you will receive an email confirming that your eKYC verification was successful, and your digital certificate will be issued after you confirm your data.
