How to Fill and Add Fields as a Document Maker

In Mekari Sign, as a Document Maker, you can fill in both standard fields and custom fields on the document before sending it to the recipient. All added fields must be filled in first for you to proceed to the next step. Here are the steps.

  1. Go to the Documents menu.

  2. Click the “Upload document” button.

  3. Then click “Upload document” to select the file to be uploaded.

  4. Fill in the other required fields and click “Continue”.

  5. Enter the name and email of the signer and the document copy recipient, then click “Continue”.

  6. In the Signer field, select Document Maker.

  7. Then choose the type of Standard Fields needed, adjust the size, and place them in the desired position.

  8. You can also change the formatting of these fields.

  9. Then scroll the settings column on the right and input the field data in the Content text box.

  10. Then return to the Signers side, insert the signature field under Signature fields, and click “Continue”.

  11. On the next page, click “Continue”.

  12. Then click “Send document” to send the document.
