In the Documents menu, you can create a document directly from a blank page or edit an uploaded DOCX file before adding signature fields using the Create Blank Document feature. This way, you can compose, customize, and finalize the document content directly in Mekari Sign without needing to switch to other document processing applications.
Go to the Documents menu.
Then click the "Upload document" button.
On the next screen, click the “Start blank page” option.
Enter the document name and select the document category.
Choose the desired Document compliance and specify whether the document will be tracked as a contract. Then click “Continue”.
Select the signers and document copy recipients, then click “Continue”.
Next, you will enter the Edit mode page. Here you can type the document content directly. At the top, there are Formatting tools available to use while creating the document.
Once you have finished creating the document content, click the “Save changes” button to save.
Place signatures in the Signature fields and add Auto-fields if needed.
On the next page, click the “Continue” button.
Then click “Send document” to send the document to the recipients.
