In Mekari Sign, you can resend a document to the recipient if the user has not completed the signing process within the specified deadline, or if the recipient did not receive a notification about signing the document. After the document is resent, the recipient will receive a new notification to continue the signing process. Here are the steps.
Go to the Documents menu.
Select the document you want to resend, then click the “Actions” button and choose Resend.
Next, click “Resend” next to the recipient’s name or click the “Resend to all signers” button to send to all signers if there is more than one signer.

You can also send the document via WhatsApp by checking Send to WhatsApp then entering the WhatsApp number in the provided field.
Make sure your WhatsApp balance is sufficient.
You can view the document sending history by clicking the “document name”.
You will enter the document detail page; under the Recipients section, click the “three dots” icon and select Sending history.
