In Mekari Sign, you can add a Billing Contact to receive notifications related to payments and subscription renewals. This feature makes it easier to coordinate with the party managing the company's administration or budget without needing to add them as active Mekari Sign users. Here are the steps.
Go to the Settings menu.
Then click the Subscription submenu.
Next, click the “Billing contact” button.
To add a new billing contact, click the “Add contact” button.
Enter the name of the person handling the billing.
Also enter the email of that user.
Then enter the phone number in the provided field and click “Add” to save.

The Billing contact you added will appear like this.
At the top, you can also see information about:
- Active seat: Total active billing contacts.
- Unused seat: Total billing contacts not yet used.
- Total billing contact seat: Total quota of billing contacts you have. You can also modify a billing contact by clicking the “Actions” button, then select Edit, or you can choose Delete to remove it.
