How to Create an Approval Form Template

Mekari Sign provides a form template feature that allows you to create forms that will later be approved by certain parties. You can create the form according to your needs. Here are the steps.

  1. Go to the Approvals menu.

  2. Then click the “Form templates” tab.

  3. To create a new form template, click “Create”.

  4. Enter the form name and description if needed. Then click “Next”.

  5. Enter the question and description (if needed) in the provided fields.

  6. Select the desired form format.

  7. Toggle Required on if the field is mandatory and click “Next”.

  8. Click the “+ Add Approval” button to add an approval to the form.

  9. The following pop-up will appear, choose Manual if you want to create a new approval format or choose Template settings to select an approval format that has been created previously.

  10. In the Permission section, you can choose whether the form template can be used by all users (All users) or specific users (Selected users).

  11. If you choose specific users (Selected users), you can click “Select users”.

  12. Click the “+” icon on the users you want to select and click “Assign users”.

  13. Toggle Send automatic reminders on to send automatic reminders.

  14. If everything is correct, click “Save as template”.

  15. The template has been successfully created.

  16. You can click “Actions” then select View Details to see the form details, Edit to modify, Duplicate to duplicate the form, and Delete to delete the form.
