Through Mekari Sign, you can easily sign multiple digital documents at once. So, you don’t need to sign documents one by one. Mekari Sign collaborates with Electronic Certification Providers (PSrE), which facilitates you to have an electronic signature with legal force. Additionally, this signature is equally valid as a wet signature.

Important
If you are not a Mekari Sign subscriber but are asked to sign a document, make sure the document inviter requesting your signature has provided you with an eKYC quota. eKYC is a mandatory process if you want to use/provide a Certified Electronic Signature.

To bulk sign digital documents through Mekari Sign, follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Document menu and select All Inboxes.

  2. You will be directed to the following page. Check the checkbox for any documents you want to sign with the status Need to sign.

  3. Then, click the “Sign” button.

  4. You will see a list of documents that need to be signed.

If there are documents that do not meet the requirements for you to sign, for example, because they have the status Complete or you are not assigned as a Signer, those documents will be listed under Ineligible Documents.

  5. Select the eSignature type to be used for each signature.

  6. Choose the available signature type and click “Sign”.

You can also create a new signature by clicking “Create new”.

  7. Or you can select the signature type for all documents by checking the checkbox column then selecting Select signature.

  8. If there is a stamp on the document, you can select the stamp type in the eStamp type column.

  9. Choose the desired stamp type and click “Stamp”.

  10. If all signatures have been selected, you can check the checkbox “I agree to the Mekari Sign….” then click “Sign documents”.

    Important
If your signature is registered with PSrE, you are only allowed to sign a maximum of 5 documents at once. If you exceed this number, the following popup will appear. Check the checkbox and click “Continue” to return to the Preview page, where you need to select again which documents you will sign according to the maximum limit.
