In Mekari Sign, you can set quotas for registered users. This feature allows you to set document, eSignature, eMeterai, and eKYC quotas for each user. Here are the steps.
Go to the Settings menu.
Then click the “Manage quota” tab in the User management section.

At the top, you will see information as follows.
No. Column Description 1 Document quota monthly Shows the document quota you have per month. 2 eSignature quota per cycle Shows your eSignature quota based on your subscription cycle. 3 Corporate stamp quota Shows the corporate stamp quota. 4 eMeterai quota Shows the eMeterai quota you have. 5 eKYC quota Shows the eKYC quota you have. 6 WhatsApp quota Shows the WhatsApp quota.
- To view the WhatsApp balance quota details, click the “question mark icon” as shown in the image below.
- The WhatsApp balance details will then appear as follows.
- With this update, you can top up as needed. You can even send documents to international numbers! Each message sent will be charged a fee based on the recipient's country.
- This feature is available for the Business plan. Click here to add an add-on or upgrade your plan.
You can top up your eMeterai and eKYC quotas by clicking the “Top up” button.
A. How to View Quota Usage History
You can also view your quota usage history by clicking “Quota history”.
The quota usage history will then appear as follows.
You can also view quota usage by category.
In addition, you can download the history in CSV format by clicking “Export CSV”.
B. How to Set Quotas
To set user quotas, click the “Set limitation” button.

Then, you can enter the quota for each category and click “Save” to save it.
- Click “Assign even quota” to distribute the quota evenly among all users.
- Click “Reset” to reset the quota. The quotas you have set will then appear as follows.
