The e-Meterai menu is a menu that functions to manage the e-Meterai available on your Mekari Sign account. Electronic stamps that are official and legally valid for document authentication. This feature can help you avoid running out of e-Meterai and facilitate the purchase of stamps digitally. Below is a brief explanation of the e-Meterai menu.

No Button Name Description
1 Buy e-Meterai to make a purchase of e-Meterai.
2 Use e-Meterai

use this button to apply e-Meterai on new documents or draft documents.

- If you check the tickbox Provided by document maker then the e-Meterai will automatically be applied, so the e-meterai quota will be immediately deducted (the serial number is generated by the system). Even if the document is voided, the e-Meterai quota cannot be returned.

- However, if you do not check it, you will see the following pop-up notification when placing the e-Meterai during the document signing stage. And if you click "Set e-Meterai" then the e-Meterai will be applied and the e-Meterai quota will be deducted.

3 Purchase History to view the history of e-Meterai purchases. In the e-Meterai Purchase History section, you can see transaction details such as Transaction ID, who purchased the e-Meterai, purchase date, quantity, price, and the purchase status of the e-Meterai (paid, unpaid, or expired).
4 e-Meterai available displays information about the number of e-Meterai available.
5 e-Meterai used displays information about the number of e-Meterai that have been used.
6 Date filters to filter documents based on date.
7 Search to search for e-Meterai ID or document name.
8 e-Meterai table displays detailed information of the e-Meterai that have been used.
